How It Works

This Garage door Deadlock Bolt System is only available from Sweets Garage Doors.

We have 6 different control box options to suit your garage door opener depending on the type of garage door motor you have so the locks work automatically using your existing Garage remote openers key fobs.

It Has been designed using advanced technology and will automatically engage when you close your door using your existing remote control.

The Standard 1 Garage door Deadlock Bolts System has a Deadlock Bolt that extends into the track of the door when the door reaches the closed position.

This then stops the door for being lifted up if somebody has managed to disengage your emergency release function by various methods or by forcing the door up and bending the J stick or breaking the trolley to get in because of the force they have put on the door.

This then provides you with an additional locking layer of protection to your garage door.

As most doors have no protection at all and with a lock installed it cannot be lifted up to let intruders in without bending and breaking the door with excessive force.

When opening, the locking pin will automatically retract, disengaging the Automatic Deadbolt.

This then allows the door to open.
